I helped with Mother's Day Desserts by making Lemon Petit Fours, don't they just look delicious! Don't tell, I had a nip of that yummy lemon icing because it just looked so great! I must say, it's really nice when you can have a pastry the size of, well you! Talk about dessert of my dreams!
Ahhhhhhhhh I'd better be careful! Someone just reminded me that beards are highly flamable! I thought I'd check out the Table Burners at the OCC Culinary School! Boy, it got hot reallllllly quickly!
